My candle story began in 2009 when a friend took me to a candle shop in North Carolina (USA) for the first time. I smelled every single candle, in hopes of finding the perfect scent as my very first candle purchase. There was one clear winner. I closed my eyes and inhaled deeply--the infusion of sweet orange blossom, bright lemon citrus, fresh lavender, and powdery musk reminded me of my childhood in Florida, growing up amidst orange groves and sunny beaches. From this moment, my passion for candles and fragrances grew quickly! The stories they tell and the memories that emerge captivated me.

A couple of summers later, I was hired to work at that same shop and learned A LOT about how high-quality candles are made, the importance of candle care, and how pairing candles while they burn reveals a new scent journey.

Fast forward to 2021, when the world was finally starting to emerge from pandemic isolation and I created my very first candle: Olive blossom, fig, and yuzu. I mixed and hand-poured this candle at a boutique candle bar in San Diego, California where I was living at the time. By that evening, I was already creating spreadsheets on what it would take to get my own candle business up and running! For the first time, in a long time, I was buzzing with the excitement of a much needed new direction in life. Life, however, had other plans in store for me, some sad and disappointing, and some incredible. One such incredible dream-come-true was relocating and beginning anew in Switzerland, a land of endless natural beauty and inspiration!

So here we are, the year 2026:
